Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application Received
Once we have received your application and all necessary components, the hiring team will send a confirmation email.
- Stage 2
Under Review
A member of our team will review your application. If you are a potential match, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview.
- Stage 3
Phone Screening
After your resume has been reviewed, if you are a potential fit, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a phone screening.
- Stage 4
Reference Collection
After your phone screening, we will contact you to collect reference information. This is a required step before moving into panel interviews.
- Stage 5
Panel Interview
If your phone screening is in alignment with the position and our company values, you will move on to a formal panel interview.
- Stage 6
Reference Check
If your panel interview is in alignment with the position and our company values, the LDSS hiring manager will speak with your references.
- Stage 7
Client Review
Once we complete a reference check, we will send your resume to the client for them to review.
- Stage 8
Client Meet and Greet
After the client reviews your resume, they may want to meet with you.
- Stage 9
Offer
If you are selected, an offer will be sent for review and acceptance.
- Stage 10
Hired
After offer acceptance, hired!
